Certificate. To proceed with the installation, you must click YES.
You will then be presented with a Welcome page while the Lasseters games
are installed on your PC in the background. The download is quite small
(500k), and should take only around 2 minutes to install on your system.
When the download is complete you will automatically be directed to our
LOGIN page, where you may then register an account with us, or access
your existing account.

presented with a Security Alert asking you to grant permission for the
Lasseters Games Security Certificate.
There are five steps to follow to grant the Security Certificate and
proceed with the installation of the Lasseters games. On the first page
of the certificate, you must click NEXT to accept the certificate.
You will then be presented with the details of our Security Certificate,
to which you must agree and click NEXT. On the third page of the
Security Certificate, place a check in the option ACCEPT THIS
CERTIFICATE FOREVER, and then click on the NEXT button to continue the
installation of the Lasseters Games.
On the fourth page of the certificate, you may choose to have Netscape
provide you with a warning whenever you exchange information with the
Lasseters site. As the Lasseters games site is a highly secure site,
information is constantly being exchanged between your PC and the
Lasseters secure games servers. If you wish to avoid interruptions to
your game play when these warnings appear, it is our advice that you
leave this option unchecked, and then click on the NEXT button.
On the fifth and final page of the security certificate, simply click on
the FINISH button to complete installation of the Lasseters games.

The download is quite small (1mb), and should take only around 4 minutes

4. What are the minimum
requirements for running the games?

5. What is my cache and why
should I clear it?
When you visit a web page a copy of that page is stored in your
browser's cache (like a temporary storage area). If this stored copy
remains in your cache, this is what you will see displayed the next time

always see if the older version still remains in your browser's cache.

Registration Issues
6. How do I register an
account?
To register an account with us, you must first have downloaded and
installed our FREE games software. If you have already installed our
games software, please follow the directions below to register an
account with us.
Simply navigate to our site www.lasseters.com.au
Click on the ENTER HERE button on our landing page, which will open a
LOGIN page in a new window.
On the LOGIN PAGE, select the JOIN NOW button. You will then see a link
for the TERMS AND CONDITIONS for the Lasseters Games.
Once you have read the Terms and Conditions, simply click on the I AGREE
button to continue with the registration process. If you do not agree,
simply click on the Cancel button to exit the registration process.
You will then be presented with the Lasseters Online Registration Form
to complete. Please select your COUNTRY of residence from the drop down
list, and choose whether you wish to create either a POINTS account or
CASH account to begin with, then click on the REGISTER button.
On the next page please enter your Personal and Contact details, and
choose your MEMBER ID and PASSWORD. Please ensure that you enter your
correct email address on this form, as a unique Validation Code will be
sent to this registered email address which will be required the first
time you Log In to your Lasseters account.

7. How do I change my
password?
If you are unable to access your Lasseters account or wish to change
your password for security reasons, please follow the directions below
to do so.
Simply navigate to our site www.lasseters.com.au
Click on the ENTER HERE button on our landing page. Once you have
clicked on the ENTER HERE button, a smaller second window will open to
display our LOGIN PAGE.
On the LOGIN page, select the HELP button.
On the HELP page, enter either the MEMBER ID for your Lasseters account,
or the Email Address with which your account is registered and then
press the corresponding arrow button.
Your Challenge question will then be displayed, to which you must
provide the correct answer. Enter the answer for your Challenge
question, and then enter and confirm your NEW Password in both New
Password fields.
Once all fields are complete, simply click on the arrow at the bottom of
the page to continue.
A new Validation Code will be generated for your account and will be
sent to the email address you have entered into your account details.
Upon your next Sign In to our site you will need to enter your new
password and this Validation Code to successfully access your Lasseters
account.

8. I did not receive my
validation code, what do I do?
Players are to contact Customer Support via email and we will be able to
supply you with your validation code. Please make sure you also include
your Member ID so we are able to locate your Validation Code for you.

9. How do I change my
email address?
If you have changed Internet Service Providers (ISP) and have been
provided with another email address, or if you no longer have access to
the email address you previously registered with, you will need to
update your email address in your Lasseters Online account.
To change your email address:
Sign In to your Lasseters account as normal.
Click on the CASHIER link from the top menu of the games window.
When the Cashier menu appears, choose the PERSONAL DETAILS link.
Scroll down to the Membership Details heading, and click on the CHANGE
MEMBERSHIP DETAILS button. A new page will appear called Edit Security.
Enter in your current password and then enter in your new Email Address
(twice). You will then need to again enter and confirm your password in
the Password fields. There is no need to change your password. You may
keep the same password that you currently use, or choose a new one, but
you must fill in all of the fields.
Enter the Answer to your Challenge Question. There is no need to change
your Challenge Question or Answer. You may keep the same question and
answer that you currently use, or choose new ones, but you must fill in
all of the fields.
Once all fields are complete, simply choose the CONFIRM DETAILS button.
A new Validation Code will be generated for your account and will be
sent to the new email address you have entered in your account details.
Upon your next Sign In to our site you will need to enter in this code
to successfully access your Lasseters account.

10. I have a POINTS account,
how can I upgrade it to cash?
In order to upgrade your Lasseters points account to Cash play, please
follow the directions below.
To upgrade your Lasseters account from points
to Cash Play:
Sign In to your Lasseters account as normal.
Click on the CASHIER link from the top menu of the games window.
When the Cashier menu appears, choose the PLAY FOR CASH link.
Read the Warning screen, and if you agree and wish to continue press the
OK button.
Click on the PLAY FOR CASH button to continue and upgrade your account
to Cash Play, or click on the arrow at the bottom of the page to exit
and continue playing for points.
You are now required enter your Payment
Details. This means that you will need to enter your postal address so
as to enable delivery of any cheques that you may withdraw from your
Lasseters account.
To Enter your Payment Details:

button.
A Withdrawal Details screen will appear. Here you are required to enter
your address details so as to enable delivery of any cheques that you
may withdraw from your Lasseters account.
Ensure that all fields on the form are complete and correct, and then
click on the CONFIRM DETAILS button to continue.
If you now wish to deposit funds to your Lasseters account, you will
need to first enter your credit card details, and then make a deposit.
To Register your Credit Card Details:
Click on the REGISTER A CREDIT CARD link.
When the Register Credit Card page appears, select your card type and
enter the card details in the fields provided, and then click on the
forward arrow at the bottom to continue.
If you now wish to Deposit Funds in your Cash
Account:
When the Deposit to Purse page appears, enter the amount you wish to
deposit to your Lasseters account in the field provided.
Place a check in the "Use your Registered Credit Card" option,
and then click on the forward arrow at the bottom to continue.
A notice will appear to notify you that the deposit has been successful.
To return to the Lasseters Games, simply click on the PLAY THE GAMES

11. How do I collect my
winnings?
Winnings are paid directly into your Lasseters Online player's account.
Lasseters Online offers withdrawal via cheque, which is sent to players
registered address. Sufficient proof of age will need to be forwarded to
our Customer Care Operators before a player is able to withdraw from
their player account the first time.

12. How do I provide proof
of age?
As part of Lasseters Online policy and procedures it is a requirement

13. How can I deposit funds
into my player account?
Lasseters Online currently accepts three types of deposit methods
dependant on the player's registration level.
Credit Card - Lasseters Online accepts
deposits from Master Card, Visa Card and Bank Card (New Zealand
bankcards only). The minimum deposit is $1 USD.
Personal Cheque - PERSONAL cheques should be
made payable to Lasseters Online Pty Ltd. You will find our mailing
address for Personal cheques under CASHIER. Proof of age must have been

Telegraphic Transfer - To make a Telegraphic
Transfer please contact Customer Support to obtain your "Customer
ID" prior to making the deposit. Under "Cashier" obtain
our bank information and take this along with your funds you wish to
transfer to your bank. Fill out a Telegraphic Transfer form at your bank
and transfer the funds. Please quote your customer ID as your
"Reference number" on the form. Proof of age must have been
received before a telegraphic transfer can be accepted.

Cash account via credit card you will first need to register your Credit
Card Details, and your Payment Details.
If you have already registered your Credit
Card Details and Payment Details, please follow the directions below to
deposit funds to your Lasseters Cash account.

When the Cashier menu appears, choose the ACCOUNT DEPOSIT link.
When the Deposit To Purse page appears, enter the amount you wish to

a different credit card, click on the EDIT CREDIT CARD link to update
your card details and then return to the Deposit To Purse page to

Upon completion of a deposit, a notice will appear to notify you that
the deposit has been successful. To return to the Lasseters Games,
simply click on the PLAY THE GAMES link provided.

14. How do I change my
Credit card details?
To update your Payment Details and change your Credit Card Details,
please follow the directions below.
Sign in to your Lasseters account as normal.

15. Can I see a listing of
all my financial transactions with Lasseters Online?
Yes. The information is found in your TRANSACTION HISTORY page under
CASHIER. The transaction history information is listed in chronological
order, from your most recent transaction to your oldest. The information
includes the date and time of the transaction (In Australian Central
Standard time), a description of the transaction, the amount (in US
dollars) and whether it has been accepted.

16. I have a cash account
but want to play for points also, how can I do that?
Once an account at Lasseters is Cash, it cannot be converted to points.
However, at Lasseters, we do allow our players to have one cash account
and one points account. You do need to register a new account to play
for points, and to do this you will also need access to a different
email address. If you need help accessing a new email address, simply
contact our friendly support staff and they will assist you.

17. I would like to exclude
myself from playing the games. How do I do this?
The Self Exclusion is a facility to be used if people feel that they
need to take a short break from the site. Once Self Exclusion has been
placed, it cannot be removed. A Self Exclusion runs for seven (7) days,
during which time a customer cannot play cash games. There is a limit of
three (3) times that a customer may exclude themselves from the
Lasseters Online site. Once this is reached, the final Self Exclusion is
permanent, and cannot be revoked.
